Miyazaki's nationally popular sweet potato shochu
Kuro Kirishima is characterized by the depth of flavor unique to black koji fermentation and a clean finish. As a representative sweet potato shochu from Miyazaki Prefecture, it is popular nationwide and is a familiar name on izakaya menus. The 20% ABV version has a softer mouthfeel than the standard 25% ABV product, and its flavor remains distinct even when mixed with water.

Enjoy it mixed with hot water or water. At 20% ABV, it can be enjoyed at just the right strength without over-diluting it.
