1990年、南フランス・ラングドック=ルシヨンのテロワールの可能性を追求するために生まれた「ラ・キュベ・ミティーク」。1967年設立の生産者団体レ・ヴィニュロン・デュ・ヴァル・ドルビューが、オルビュー川流域コルビエール地方の畑で丁寧に仕立てています。
低収量畑から生まれるブレンドの妙
シラー、ムールヴェードル、グルナッシュ、カリニャン、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンをブレンド。低収量の畑から収穫したブドウ品種ごとに個別に醸造し、ヴィンテージごとの出来栄えに応じて配合比率を調整することで、安定した高品質を実現しています。スパイスや黒系果実を思わせる香りと、しっかりとした果実味が特徴の、南仏らしい力強い赤ワインです。

グリルした肉料理やスパイスを効かせた料理との相性が良く、普段の食卓で気軽に楽しめる一本です。
