イタリア・エミリア=ロマーニャ州モデナ県で造られる微発泡赤ワイン「ランブルスコ・ディ・モデナDOC」。地元のパスタ料理や生ハムと共に楽しまれてきた、モデナの食卓に欠かせない伝統的なスパークリングワインです。
辛口（セッコ）のランブルスコ
ランブルスコ種の果皮を果汁に漬け込んで色素とタンニンを抽出したのち、シャルマ方式（密閉タンク内二次発酵）で仕上げています。すみれ色の泡が立つルビーレッドの色合いに、すみれやフレッシュな赤い果実を思わせる華やかな香りが特徴。ランブルスコの中でも甘さを抑えた辛口タイプで、キリッとした後味が楽しめます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
トルテリーニなどのパスタ料理や、生ハムをはじめとするエミリア地方の名物・冷製肉料理との定番の組み合わせがおすすめ。よく冷やしてお楽しみください。
