サンテミリオン台地が育むエレガントな味わい
サンテミリオンの台地に広がる畑から収穫したメルロを主体に、カベルネ・フランとカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンをブレンド。紫がかった深いルビー色に、カシスやブラックベリーの果実香、矢車菊やライラックの花の香り、リコリスとほのかなスパイスのニュアンスが重なるエレガントな一本です。2019年ヴィンテージは2024年から2034年頃までの飲み頃が見込まれています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
牛肉料理やジビエ、熟成チーズとの相性が良く、デキャンタージュして香りの変化を楽しむのもおすすめです。
