1855年のボルドー格付けでマルゴー2級（メドック全体でも9番目という高い格付け）を得た名門「シャトー・デュルフォール・ヴィヴァン」。セカンドワイン「ル・ルレ・ド・デュルフォール・ヴィヴァン」がセカンドの枠を超えた品質に成長したことを受け、新たに生み出されたのが「レ・プラント・ド・デュルフォール・ヴィヴァン」です。
ビオディナミ栽培が育む凝縮感
DEMETER認証を取得した100％ビオディナミ栽培の若木（樹齢平均15年）のブドウを使用。木樽・コンクリートタンク・アンフォラで発酵させた後、イタリア製テラコッタと新樽15％のフレンチオーク樽で16ヶ月熟成させています。ブラックベリーやカシスの濃厚な果実香に、花やスパイスのニュアンスが重なり、綺麗な酸とタンニンが調和した滑らかでバランスの良い一本に仕上がっています。
