スペイン南西部、エストレマドゥーラ地方に古くから伝わる素朴なリキュール「リコール・デ・ベジョータ」。イベリコ豚を育てる樫の木になる実「ベジョータ(どんぐり)」を原料にした、この地方ならではの1本です。
内容紹介
ベジョータはイベリコ豚のエサとして知られていますが、エストレマドゥーラでは古くからこの樫の実を使ったリキュール造りも行われてきました。香ばしくナッツを思わせる風味に、やさしい甘みを重ねた味わいが特徴で、ボトルの中には本物のどんぐりが入れられていることもある、遊び心のある一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてそのまま食後酒として。氷を入れてロックで楽しめば、香ばしさと甘みがより引き立ちます。
