「太陽の花」を意味するイタリア語に由来する造り手フィオール・ディ・ソーレが、カリフォルニアの陽光を浴びたブドウで醸す「ロングバーン」。ワイナリー名の「ロングバーン（長い納屋）」は、幾世代にもわたって受け継がれてきた歴史ある納屋にちなんでおり、カリフォルニアの牧歌的な風景を象徴しています。
内容紹介
カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンを丁寧に醸したこのワインは、Sakura Award 2021でダイヤモンドトロフィー（最高賞）を受賞するなど、高い評価を獲得してきました。カリフォルニアらしい豊かな果実味としっかりとしたタンニンが調和し、飲みごたえのある味わいに仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
グリルした赤身肉やハンバーグ、チーズを使った料理との相性が良く、しっかりとした味付けの料理と合わせることでワインの果実味がより引き立ちます。少し温度を上げて16〜18℃程度で楽しむのがおすすめです。
