カリフォルニアの造り手フィオール・ディ・ソーレが手がける「ロングバーン」シリーズより、アメリカを代表する黒ブドウ品種ジンファンデルを100%使用したフルボディの赤ワイン。カリフォルニアの豊かな日照量を浴びて完熟したブドウの力強さがそのまま味わいに表れています。
内容紹介
ジンファンデルならではの凝縮感のある果実味とスパイシーなニュアンスが特徴で、しっかりとしたボディと余韻の長さが楽しめるフルボディタイプ。同シリーズのカベルネ・ソーヴィニヨンやシャルドネと並び、Sakura Awardをはじめとする国際ワインコンクールでも評価されてきたシリーズの一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
スパイスを効かせた肉料理やBBQ、ブルーチーズなど、しっかりとした風味の料理と好相性。常温よりやや低め、16℃前後で提供すると果実味とスパイス感のバランスが楽しめます。
