Unlike typical bottlers, this series adopts a special process where G&M enters into a formal agreement with the distillery, allowing the distillery to fill G&M's own casks with raw spirit and conduct the aging process at the distillery itself. After this, G&M applies thorough quality control and bottling in-house, and can sell the product with a label bearing the distillery's name. This is a testament to its unparalleled prestige and reliability.

This product uses sherry cask matured raw spirit from Longmorn, a prestigious distillery in Speyside.
A gentle aroma of red apple, sweet plum, and orange peel spreads, with a smooth palate of stewed fruits accented by cinnamon and a subtle hint of black pepper.
The finish offers a long and luxurious aftertaste where forest fruits and honey blend harmoniously.
