Production Method and Characteristics

"Double Cask" refers to a production method where two types of sherry casks – European oak sherry casks and American oak sherry casks – are used and expertly harmonized. This results in a meticulously balanced vatting of sherry cask-aged whiskies, matured for over 15 years.

• European oak sherry casks: Characterized by dark chocolate sweetness, fruity notes of raisins and dried fruits, and spicy ginger.
• American oak sherry casks: Characterized by vanilla, honey, coconut, and caramel sweetness, citrusy fruitiness, and spicy ginger.

Tasting Notes

Color: Golden, shimmering butterscotch.

Nose: Dried fruits, toffee caramel, vanilla, oak, baked apple, with hints of honey and chocolate.

Palate: Sweet raisins, vanilla, spice, citrus.

Finish: A warm ginger sensation, followed by caramel, citrus, and a creamy, long-lasting aftertaste.

How to Enjoy
