マンダリン ナポレオンは、マンダリン（地中海産の小みかん）の果皮をコニャックと合わせ、ハーブやスパイスを加えて仕上げるリキュールです。1892年、ベルギーのブリュッセルで商品化されたのが始まり。ナポレオンのために考案されたレシピがもとになったという伝承があり、名前の由来になっています。皮の爽やかな香りと、コニャックの深みが重なる味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
食後にストレートやロックで、ゆっくり香りを楽しむのがおすすめ。トニックやソーダで割ると、マンダリンの爽やかさが際立ちます。紅茶に少し垂らしたり、チョコレートやガトーショコラと合わせたりするのも好相性。焼き菓子やクレープの香りづけにも使えます。
