石川県白山市の酒蔵・萬歳楽（小堀酒造店）が平成2年から造り続けている梅酒です。アミノ酸とミネラルが豊富な北陸産の紅映梅だけを使い、昔ながらの素朴な手法で仕込んでいます。梅の栽培から漬け込み、瓶詰めまでを北陸で行い、香味のバランスがとれるまでおよそ2年熟成。「Kura Master 日本酒コンクール2023」でアリアンス ガストロノミー賞を受賞しています。
