内容紹介
2016年ヴィンテージはメルロー55%、カベルネ・ソーヴィニヨン45%のブレンドで、新樽比率3割ほどの樽で17ヶ月熟成。ファーストワインとは異なる、メルロー由来のふくよかな果実味が持ち味です。ラズベリージャムやモカ、白い花、スパイスやブラッドオレンジを思わせる香りが特徴です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ミディアムからフルボディで、赤身肉の煮込み料理やローストビーフなど、しっかりとした味わいの料理との相性が良い一本です。デキャンタージュしてじっくり香りを開かせるのもおすすめです。
