Mars Tsunuki Distillery Single Malt Whisky to be released in 2026
"Single Malt Tsunuki" is produced at the Mars Tsunuki Distillery, located in a lush green mountainous area southwest of the Satsuma Peninsula, blessed with the distinct temperature differences of a basin and the high-quality spring water from the Kuratayama mountain range.
The "2026 Edition" is a single malt whisky scheduled for release in 2026, a vatting of malt whiskies aged in various casks, primarily bourbon barrels and sherry casks.
Comment from the blender: Please enjoy the rich fruit aroma and flavor, along with its mellow and deep taste.

Tasting Notes

The aroma is sweet, reminiscent of ripe fruit and honey, with a hint of spice and woody nuances. On the palate, a full-bodied malt sweetness and fruitiness spread, and a long, pleasant finish follows a smooth mouthfeel. This is a highly complete single malt that changes its expression as you continue to drink it.
