ニュージーランド・マーティンボローのマーティンボロー ヴィンヤードが造る「テ テラ」シリーズのピノ・ノワール。比較的樹齢の若い樹から造る、親しみやすい一本です。
チェリーとラズベリーが華やかに香る、ソフトなピノ
ラック・コーポレーションによると、ホーム・ブロック、アレクサンダーズ、モイ・ホール、フレイターズ・ロードの各区画のうち、比較的樹齢の若い樹から造られます。よく熟したチェリーやラズベリーなど赤い果実のアロマが華やかに香り、味わいもソフトでフルーティ。手摘みで収穫し、フィルターをかけずに瓶詰めしています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
14℃前後で。鶏の照り焼き、鴨のロースト、マグロの漬け、きのこ料理などと。和食にも合わせやすいピノ・ノワールです。
