Meiri Shurui's Baiseki Hyakunen Umeshu, made in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture. This authentic umeshu has received high praise at umeshu competitions.
Product description
Made exclusively with carefully selected, thick-fleshed old-tree green plums grown in Ibaraki Prefecture, this umeshu is slowly matured for more than five years with the addition of brandy and honey. With a rich plum extract content of 21% or more, it features a pleasantly expansive, refreshing aroma, a firm and rich flavor, and an elegant, clear, sweet finish. The alcohol content is 14%.
