About Shipping Method
During winter (approximately November to March), shipping will be at room temperature.
During summer (approximately April to October), we recommend refrigerated shipping (for an additional fee) to maintain quality.
Even in winter, if you wish to use refrigerated shipping, please select it on the cart page after adding the item to your cart.
If the orderer and the recipient are the same, a purchase statement will be included in the package.
If the orderer and the recipient are different, please be assured that a purchase statement will not be included in the package.
