Jufuku Shuzo, located in Hitoyoshi City, Kumamoto Prefecture, is a brewery that has been committed to atmospheric distillation since its establishment in 1890. "Mushagaeshi" is a Kuma Shochu brewed using 100% locally grown Hitoyoshi Hinohikari rice and traditional atmospheric distillation.

It features a warm, sweet aroma reminiscent of freshly cooked rice and a gentle, rich flavor derived from rice. You can enjoy the rich depth unique to atmospheric distillation, along with its clean finish and mellow mouthfeel. This is a bottle filled with the passion of Kinuko Jufuku, a pioneer among female toji (master brewers).
