「ピエモンテの巨匠」と紹介される造り手、カーサ・ヴィニコラ・ニコレッロ。ロエロ地区の土着品種アルネイスを、オーク樽で18カ月じっくり熟成させた白ワインです。2017年ヴィンテージ指定でお届けします。
黄金色に輝く、熟成感のあるアルネイス
モトックスによると、輝きのある黄金色。オレンジやトロピカルフルーツの香りにバニラの印象も。非常に舌触りがなめらかで、熟成したニュアンスがありつつ、フレッシュな酸と余韻が続きます。樽で18カ月熟成させた、アルネイスとしては珍しい熟成タイプです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
12℃前後と、白ワインとしては少し高めの温度で。鶏のロースト、クリーム系のリゾット、熟成チーズなどと合わせて、ゆっくり楽しみたい一本です。
