Produced by Tsunematsu Shuzo Honten, established in 1920 in Taragi-machi, Kuma-gun, Kumamoto Prefecture, "Odorakudo" is a luxurious craft sake made with carefully cultivated Kogane Sengan sweet potatoes. For every 1.2 tons of black rice koji, 6 tons of sweet potatoes are used in the fermentation process. It is then bottled unfiltered, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural aroma and rich sweetness of the sweet potato.

To fully experience the direct flavor of the sweet potato, unique to unfiltered sake, try it on the rocks first. When mixed with hot water, the aroma gently rises, expanding its compatibility with meals.
