有機栽培マカベオが生む、こなれた熟成香
マカベオ種を有機栽培したブドウのみを使用。ブリオッシュやサワードウブレッドを思わせる熟成感のある香りに、塩味を帯びたリンゴや石果、柿を思わせる味わいが調和し、クリーミーさとフレッシュ感を兼ね備えたバランスの良い辛口カヴァに仕上がっています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
4〜6℃によく冷やして、スモークサーモンやキャビアなど、上品な前菜との組み合わせがおすすめです。
