ペパーミント ジェットは、フランス生まれのミントリキュールです。「31」は無色透明タイプ。名前の数字はかつての度数に由来し、現在は24度で造られています。グリーンの「27」と比べて清涼感が強めで、キレのあるミントの香りと甘みが特徴。色をつけずにミントの風味だけを加えられるので、カクテルの幅が広がります。
おすすめの楽しみ方
