エミール・ガレが手がけたボトル
ベル・エポック ロゼの最大の特徴は、1900年にアール・ヌーヴォーの巨匠エミール・ガレが手がけた白いアネモネの意匠を纏ったボトルです。シャルドネを中心にピノ・ノワール、ムニエをブレンドし、色調にはピノ・ノワール由来の赤ワインを加える「アサンブラージュ」製法によって、淡いサーモンピンクの色合いを生み出しています。イチゴやピオニーの華やかな香りに、キンカンや白すぐりのようなタルトさ、ピンクグレープフルーツやマンダリンのニュアンス、そしてブリオッシュを思わせる熟成香が重なります。
