内容紹介
最高級品種とされる「ノワール・ド・ブルゴーニュ」種のカシスのみを使用し、通常の2倍以上にあたる1リットルあたり1.4kgもの果実を贅沢に使用しています。じっくりと漬け込むことで、カシス本来の芳醇な香りと奥行きのある甘酸っぱさを引き出しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
白ワインと合わせれば定番カクテル「キール」に、シャンパンと合わせれば「キール・ロワイヤル」に。ソーダ割りやロックでも、カシスの豊かな香りをそのままお楽しみいただけます。
