Philippe de Bourgogne Cassis 700ml | Liqueur France
2000120031869
A cassis liqueur with concentrated aromas and deep, sweet-tart flavor
"Philippe de Bourgogne" continues to uphold the traditional production methods of France's Burgundy region. Made with generous amounts of cassis (blackcurrant), this authentic crème de cassis offers a concentrated flavor unlike any other.
Product description
The cassis is steeped slowly to draw out the fruit's naturally rich aroma and deep, pleasantly sweet-tart flavor. With an extract content of 21% or higher, it has a notably rich, full-bodied taste, along with an exceptionally deep color.
Recommended ways to enjoy
Mix it with white wine to make the classic cocktail "Kir," or with champagne to make a "Kir Royale." It can also be enjoyed with soda or on the rocks, allowing you to savor the cassis's rich aroma just as it is.
