スペイン北部ナバーラの白ワイン「プレノ ブランコ」。シャルドネと土着品種ビウラを合わせた、気軽に楽しめるデイリーワインです。
シャルドネとビウラを低温発酵
輸入元の東京実業貿易によると、シャルドネ60％、ビウラ40％。エブロ川・アラゴン川流域の水はけのよい沖積土で育つぶどうを、数時間の低温浸漬ののち14℃で低温発酵させ、軽く清澄しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
8〜10℃に冷やして。サラダやマリネ、白身魚のフライ、鶏肉のソテー、パエリアなどと。
