スペイン北部ナバーラ産の赤ワイン「プレノ」。輸入元の東京実業貿易が「フルーティで毎日楽しめる」と紹介する、デイリーにぴったりの一本です。
寒暖差の大きいナバーラで育つテンプラニーリョ
東京実業貿易によると、産地はナバーラのカドレイタ、ビジャフランカ、カパロソ村。エブロ川・アラゴン川の沖積土に小石が混じる水はけのよい土壌で、昼夜の寒暖差が大きく雨の少ない土地です。テンプラニーリョ90％にガルナチャ10％をブレンドし、25℃で10日間発酵させています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16℃前後で。ハンバーグやミートボール、豚肉のグリル、焼き鳥、チーズなど、毎日の食卓に気軽にどうぞ。
