イタリア・プーリア州で最も歴史あるDOP、サン・セヴェーロで造られる白ワイン「ポルターレ ビアンコ」。銘柄名は、1059年に建てられたサン・セヴェーロ最古の聖堂の「入口（ポルターレ）」に由来しています。
サン・セヴェーロDOPについて
ボンビーノ・ビアンコとトレッビアーノをブレンドした辛口の白ワインです。淡い黄色にわずかな緑がかった色調で、繊細で上品な香りが特徴。若いうちに8〜10℃程度でお楽しみいただくのがおすすめです。

魚介の前菜や貝料理との相性が良く、日常の食卓に寄り添う一本です。
