イタリア・プーリア州で最も歴史あるDOP、サン・セヴェーロで造られる赤ワイン「ポルターレ ロッソ」。銘柄名は、1059年に建てられたサン・セヴェーロ最古の聖堂の「入口（ポルターレ）」に由来しています。
サン・セヴェーロDOPについて
モンテプルチアーノ種を使用し、温暖でまろやかな味わいに仕上げられた赤ワインです。赤い果実を思わせる香りとやわらかなタンニンが特徴で、親しみやすい辛口の味わいが楽しめます。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ローストした肉料理やグリル料理との相性が良く、15〜18℃程度でお楽しみいただくのがおすすめです。
