雲海酒造は宮崎県の蔵元で、蔵元によると、そば焼酎「雲海」は同社が日本で初めてそばを原料として開発した本格そば焼酎です。「プレミアムいいとも」は、同社の本格麦焼酎「いいとも」の原酒に、香り高い熟成貯蔵酒をブレンドしたもの。蔵元は、華やかな香りとキレのある甘みが味わえる贅沢な美味しさと紹介しています（アルコール分25度）。
おすすめの楽しみ方
水割りやソーダ割りで香りを楽しみながら、食中酒として。焼き魚、冷ややっこ、天ぷらなど、和食と合わせやすい麦焼酎です。いつもの「いいとも」と飲み比べるのもおすすめ。
