セントラル・ヴァレーはこの10年ほどで急成長を遂げたチリの産地で、昼夜の寒暖差の大きさが果実の凝縮感とバランスの取れた酸を生み出します。カシスやブラックベリーを思わせる果実香に、しっかりとしたタンニンと心地よい余韻が特徴です。
