ギリシャ北部の銘醸地ナウサを拠点とする造り手「キリ・ヤーニ」が手がける「ラミニスタ」。ギリシャ土着の黒ブドウ品種クシノマブロを使用した、世界的にも希少性の高いワインです。
「北のネッビオーロ」と称される個性、2019年ヴィンテージ
クシノマブロは、その名（ギリシャ語で「酸っぱい黒」の意）が示す通り、高い酸とタンニンを持つ品種で、イタリアのネッビオーロやフランスのピノ・ノワールになぞらえられることもあります。ラミニスタは、力強い骨格と芳醇なアロマ、長期熟成のポテンシャルを兼ね備え、バローロにも通じる複雑な味わいを楽しめる一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ラム肉のグリルやギリシャ料理のムサカ、熟成チーズなど、しっかりとした味わいの料理との相性が抜群です。
