Kirin Beer established the Gotemba Distillery as a joint venture with Seagram in 1972 and launched “Robert Brown” in 1974 with the aim of creating a Japanese whisky suited to Japanese tastes. It is a long-selling brand that has continued to be loved for more than 50 years.

Enjoy it in food-friendly ways, such as with water or as a highball. With its smooth mouthfeel and mild character, it is also recommended as an accompaniment to meals.
