「ラムのコニャック」とも称されるスーパープレミアムラム「マツサレム」。18世紀後半にキューバで生まれ、革命を機にドミニカ共和国へと受け継がれた製法を今に伝えています。
産地と造り
糖蜜を原料に、初代の創業者一族の子孫にあたるマスターブレンダーがソレラ方式でブレンドし、15年ほど熟成させた芳香を実現しています。オークのタンニンやドライな柑橘香に、リッチなキャラメル、バナナやパパイヤなどトロピカルフルーツ、デーツやレーズンの風味が重なり、コクがありまろやかな味わいに仕上がっています。

コニャックのようにストレートやロックで、じっくりと香りと余韻を楽しんでいただくのがおすすめです。
