フランス東部、アルプスの麓に広がるサヴォワ地方のAOC「ルーセット・ド・サヴォワ」。その中でもレマン湖からほど近いフランジー村周辺は、4つある特定クリュの一つとして、サヴォワ白ワインの中でも特に評価の高い産地です。
アルテス種だけが表現する、氷河が残した土壌の個性
このアペラシオンで唯一栽培が認められている土着品種、アルテス（ルーセット）を100％使用。氷河由来の泥灰土の上に小石混じりの石灰質粘土が広がる特別な土壌が、花やジンジャーブレッド、洋梨を思わせる蜂蜜のようなニュアンスを育みます。すみれや山のハーブを思わせる香りに、ミネラル、ベルガモット、蜂蜜、ヘーゼルナッツの味わいが重なる、サヴォワらしい個性豊かな辛口白ワインです。

サヴォワの郷土料理であるラクレットやフォンデュ、川魚料理との相性が抜群です。よく冷やしてお楽しみください。
