内容紹介
搾りたての新酒はどこか角のある味わいですが、ひと夏寝かせることで角が取れ、落ち着いた旨みへと変化します。これが「秋あがり」と呼ばれる所以で、西條鶴醸造でも毎年多くのファンが再入荷を心待ちにしている定番の季節商品です。東広島市西条の蔵に湧く井戸水と広島県産米を使い、広島杜氏の丁寧な仕込みで醸されています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ぬる燗にするとふくよかな米の香りが立ち、秋の味覚と好相性です。きのこ料理や秋刀魚の塩焼き、栗ご飯など、実りの季節ならではの料理と合わせて、季節の移ろいごと楽しんでみてください。
