年号ごとの味の違いを楽しむヴィンテージ焼酎
「桜島 年号焼酎」は、その年に収穫した芋で仕込み、その年に蒸留・瓶詰めする本坊酒造の単一年号焼酎です。2026年版の原料は、2026年に収穫した南薩摩産の黄金千貫と国産米の米麹。白麹で仕込み、常圧蒸留して知覧の天然水で割水し、知覧蒸溜所で造られます。蔵元によると、瓶で貯蔵すれば熟成による変化が楽しめ、年号ごとの味の違いを比べることもできるとのこと。2026年10月上旬に数量限定で発売されました。
