南イタリア・プーリア州の造り手サン・マルツァーノ。「2つの海に挟まれた大地と、太陽の恵み」と紹介されるサレント半島で、土着品種ネグロアマーロを主体に造る赤ワインです。
チェリーとプルーン、スパイスの濃厚な香り
モトックスによると、チェリーやプルーンのような熟した果実と、スパイスを思わせる濃厚な香り。しっかりとしたボディがありつつ、かすかに感じるハーブの余韻が全体を引き締め、飲み飽きしないワインです。樽・タンク・瓶と段階的に熟成を重ねています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
16℃前後で。ミートソースのパスタ、ラザニア、豚肩ロースのグリル、焼き鳥のタレなどと好相性です。
