サンデマンは1790年、ポルトガル・ポルトで創業した歴史あるワインハウス。ポートワインの名門として知られる一方、スペイン・ヘレス地方のシェリーづくりにも長く携わってきました。このミディアムスイートは、そんなサンデマンが手がける甘口シェリーです。
内容紹介
シェリーはスペイン南部、ヘレス・デ・ラ・フロンテーラを中心とした「シェリー・トライアングル」でのみ造られる、原産地呼称(D.O.)で保護された酒精強化ワインです。ミディアムスイートタイプは、辛口ベースのシェリーに甘みを加えて仕上げたスタイルで、琥珀色に近い色合いとナッツやカラメルを思わせる香ばしい香りが特長。アルコール度数は15度です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
よく冷やしてそのままグラスで楽しむのはもちろん、ロックにしてゆっくりと香りの変化を味わうのもおすすめです。ナッツやドライフルーツ、ブルーチーズなど、塩味やコクのあるおつまみとの相性が良く、食後のひとときにもよく合います。
