「氷彩（ひょうさい）」は、1984年に誕生し、飲食店で長く愛されてきたサッポロのプレーンサワーです。「氷彩1984 素」は、ワインを蒸留したホワイトブランデー仕立て（ホワイトブランデーを一部使用し、ブランデー香料で味わいを表現）の、まろやかな口当たりのプレーンサワーの素。シンプルながら満足感のある、すっきりフルーティーな味わいです。アルコール分は25度です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
氷を入れたグラスに注ぎ、炭酸水で割るだけ。クセのないプレーンな味わいなので、焼き鳥、刺身、天ぷら、中華と、どんな料理にも合わせやすいのが魅力です。レモンを搾ったり、お好みの果汁を少し加えたりと、自分好みのアレンジも楽しめます。
