Sato no Akebono is a brown sugar shochu produced by Machida Shuzo in Kagoshima Prefecture's Amami Islands. It features the sweet aroma of brown sugar, unique to these sugarcane islands, and a rich flavor derived from black koji fermentation.

Recommended ways to drink
We recommend enjoying the sweet aroma of brown sugar slowly, on the rocks or with water. When mixed with hot water, the aroma becomes even more pronounced.
