"Sato no Akebono" is a brown sugar shochu brewed by Machida Shuzo in Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is one of the representative brands that has been loved by locals for a long time, even among brown sugar shochu, which is only permitted to be produced on Amami Oshima.
A subtle sweet aroma derived from brown sugar and a clean aftertaste
Made from brown sugar produced from sugarcane and carefully brewed with rice koji, it achieves both a subtle sweet aroma derived from brown sugar and a clean aftertaste. It comes in a 1800ml bottle for ample enjoyment.
