内容紹介
誠鏡という酒銘は、杯に注いだ酒の表情を鏡に例え、蔵人の誠実な心を映し出したいという願いから名付けられました。上撰はその名の通り、誠鏡の中でも特に日常使いを意識した銘柄で、まろやかな口当たりとほどよい旨みのバランスを大切に仕込まれています。竹原の水と技術が育んだ、飾り気のない安心感のある味わいです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
燗にするとお米の甘みがふくらみ、冬場の晩酌にぴったりです。夏場は冷やしてロックにするのもおすすめ。和食全般はもちろん、広島の郷土料理とも合わせやすい懐の深さがあります。
