中尾醸造が蔵を構える竹原の地名をそのまま冠した純米酒「誠鏡 純米 竹原」。土地の名を背負うにふさわしい、まっすぐで飾らない味わいを目指した一本です。
内容紹介
竹原は、瀬戸内海に面した「安芸の小京都」とも呼ばれる歴史ある町並みが残る土地。中尾醸造はこの地で明治4年の創業以来、酒造りを続けてきました。この純米酒は、そうした竹原の風土と水を活かし、米の旨みをまっすぐに引き出したシンプルな造りが特徴です。派手さはないものの、飲むほどに米の甘みとコクを感じられる、食卓に馴染む味わいに仕上げています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
冷や・常温・燗のいずれでも楽しめる万能タイプです。特に燗にすると純米酒らしい旨みがふくらみ、広島の郷土料理や家庭の煮物料理との相性が引き立ちます。一升瓶サイズなので、来客時や集まりの場での晩酌にもおすすめです。
