バルハナとレンズウッドの自社畑を中心に、厳選された契約農家のぶどうを使用。全房を手摘みで収穫することで酸化のリスクを抑え、除梗・破砕後に低温で果汁を冷却し、ステンレスタンクで低温発酵させています。アデレードヒルズ・ワインショウで金賞を受賞するなど、数々の受賞歴を誇る実力派です。
