内容紹介
南九州のシラス台地で育ったさつまいも「黄金千貫」と、霧島連山の清冽な地下水「霧島裂罅水」を使い、白麹で仕込んだ本格芋焼酎です。宮崎県食品開発センターが独自開発した「平成宮崎酵母」により、どしっとしたコクとほわんとした甘みを実現。20度と控えめな度数のため、普段使いにも取り入れやすい一本です。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ソーダ割りにすると爽やかに楽しめるほか、鍋料理や煮物など温かい料理との相性も良好です。パック入りなので毎日の晩酌用に常備するのにも便利です。
