Product Description
This authentic sweet-potato shochu is made with “Kogane Sengan” sweet potatoes grown on the shirasu volcanic ash plateau of southern Kyushu and “Kirishima Rekkasu,” the clear underground water of the Kirishima mountain range, and fermented with white koji. Using “Heisei Miyazaki Yeast,” independently developed by the Miyazaki Prefectural Food Development Center, it delivers a solid richness and gentle sweetness. Its moderate 20% alcohol content makes it an easy choice for everyday drinking.
