内容紹介
南九州のシラス台地で育ったさつまいも「黄金千貫」と、霧島連山の清冽な地下水「霧島裂罅水」を使い、白麹で仕込んだ本格芋焼酎です。宮崎県食品開発センターが独自開発した「平成宮崎酵母」により、どしっとしたコクとほわんとした甘みを実現しています。
おすすめの楽しみ方
水割りやロックですっきりと楽しめるほか、餃子や唐揚げなど、脂の多い料理との相性も良好です。
