山梨県勝沼で1899年に創業した蒼龍葡萄酒の「無添加 赤わいん」シリーズ。保存料・酸化防止剤を使わずに醸造したロングセラー商品で、こちらは甘口タイプです。
酸味・渋みが少なく、濃厚でフルーティな赤
蒼龍葡萄酒によると、ぶどうはコンコードを使用。保存料・酸化防止剤を使わずに醸造し、酸味や渋みが少なく、濃厚でフルーティな味わいに仕上げています。栓はコルクからスクリューキャップに変わりましたが、中身は同じとのことです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
チョコレートやチーズケーキなどのデザート、すき焼きや照り焼きなど甘辛い味付けの料理と。冷やしても常温でも楽しめます。
