酸味・渋みが少なく、濃厚でフルーティな赤
蒼龍葡萄酒によると、ぶどうはコンコードを使用。保存料・酸化防止剤を使わずに醸造し、酸味や渋みが少なく、濃厚でフルーティな味わいに仕上げています。栓はコルクからスクリューキャップに変わりましたが、中身は同じとのことです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
ハンバーグやミートソース、焼き鳥のタレなど、普段のおかずと気軽に。甘口と辛口の中間で、食事にも合わせやすいタイプです。
