1899年創業、山梨県甲州市勝沼町の蒼龍葡萄酒が手がける「無添加 赤わいん」の辛口タイプ。保存料・酸化防止剤無添加で長く愛されているロングセラーです。
酸味・渋みが少なく、濃厚でフルーティな赤
蒼龍葡萄酒によると、ぶどうはコンコードを使用。保存料・酸化防止剤を使わずに醸造し、酸味や渋みが少なく、濃厚でフルーティな味わいに仕上げています。栓はコルクからスクリューキャップに変わりましたが、中身は同じとのことです。
おすすめの楽しみ方
焼肉やステーキ、唐揚げ、ピザなど、しっかり味の料理と。食中酒として合わせやすい辛口タイプです。
