A meticulously crafted collaboration of "over 17-year-old whiskies" and "over 30-year-old Yamazaki Mizunara"

For this commemorative bottle, we carefully selected a variety of distinctive whiskies aged over 17 years. Furthermore, we luxuriously blended rare "Yamazaki Mizunara cask malt whiskies" aged over 30 years with perfectly matured "Chita grain whiskies." The deep Mizunara aroma of Yamazaki and the smoothness of Chita impart an unprecedented sense of maturity and complex depth to the splendid aroma and flavor unique to Hibiki. As the phrase "mi o musubu" (to tie a knot), which expresses our hopes for the future, suggests, this is a special flavor where history and tradition are beautifully intertwined.
